Terms And Policies
IRREVERSIBLE CUSTOMS DUTY
Detailed invoices are mandatory for ALL orders; inclusive of picture and cost of Items purchased. All invoices should be submitted within 24 hours of receiving notice of delivery of the package at our warehouse.
NEW BANK TRANSFER POLICY
We have made some adjustments to our bank transfers policy for our protection. Please be notified that all bank transfers sent to our account *must be verified. All transactions done Mondays to Fridays from banks excepting National Commercial Bank (NCB) will now require for transaction to be done the day before intended pick up for the seamless release of packages.
Please also note that we will NOT be able accept bank transfers on Saturdays as we are unable to do proper verification.

Holding Period
Dear Valued Customer,
Please be advised that packages exceeding our 30-day maximum storage allowance will be removed from our shelves and discarded. To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly invite all customers with packages nearing this 30-day limit to collect them promptly.

Frequently Asked Questions
If the joint package total exceeds $50 USD you will be charged the freight cost and a customs duty
You will be charged for each individual package that we receive for you.
In order to get your customs receipt you have to request it at least 24 hours before the shipment is cleared.
We currently don’t offer return services.
When a package is detained you are required to pay and collect your notice of detention at our Montego bay location and take that to the customs department at the Sangster International Airport.
